The afternoon keynote panel at the Chesapeake Studies conference at Salisbury University in September 2023 features Rich Batiuk, longtime leader of the Chesapeake Bay Program at the Environmental Protection Agency, and Bill Dennison, interim president of the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, discussing efforts over the past several decades to restore the Chesapeake Bay to health.
